    Morning everyone

Very damp grey and foggy here this morning, yuck! DH up and off to work at stupid early o'clock.

Work yesterday was steady not as busy as some Mondays though - have to see what today brings! Dinner last night was fish, chips/jacket, beans/veg - quick and easy after a day at work. Last customer was a really tricky one, young woman very distressed, homeless, shopping list of medical and mental health issues, mother and father source of her mental and some of her medical problems too - hope our team were able to find a bed for her, the night before she had slept in a shed and woke up and thought her face was frozen coz she was so cold! Makes you realize how lucky you are!

Tonight DS1 has no rugby training so not sure what dinner will be. Working all day again today then half day tomorrow then days off. Think I may have to use TD as really struggling to get the washing dry at the moment.

Have a great day everyone, hugs to those that need/want them, take care.

    Morning All

Day 6 of SW - so far so good! although with planning so much for my own meals I've let the rest of the family slide a bit! Need to top up on salad bits today so I'll call to @sda before work while its still quiet.

Hugs to those that need them, stay warm & well

    Another cloudy day today.
DS has gone to college and DD is working today so I can get on and clean the house.

DH says that he is going to look in the loft and see where I have put the Christmas pressies I stashed up there at the beginning of the year, I don't know what is up there tbh :o

NPM don't blame yourself, you made your decision when Noah was coping better , but I don't believe in mainstream schools for autistic children, because there is not the specialist care that is needed. And The support given does get worse in Middle and Upper School. I speak from experience on that. (((((Hugs))))

Beemuzed I hope your son gets the help he so obviously needs ((((Hugs)))).

    Oh well, onwards and upwards

    Morning All,

Beemuzed I don't know how you cope, your DS must be on your mind constantly, hope things improve soon.
Moorhen Glad she is feeling better
NMP, (((hugs))) I know things will get easier for you, maybe a different school is the right choice now. He is a very lucky little boy to have a mum like you.
Beth Just wanted to echo the others thoughts last night, slow down hun, I know it's hard I have a big family all with their own problems, and I help where I can but you can't do it all x

Well yesterday was spent doing some research for my job interview will begin putting the presentation together at the weekend.
I also wrapped all the latest ebay sales will pop and post them today. Need to go the bank as well and need a couple of girly bits from the chemist.
Already have my outfit sorted for Friday night and the 70th Birthday, always a bit anxious about these things as the whole huge family will be there and I always find it a bit of trial so its essential I feel comfortable in what I'm wearing IYKWIM.
JackieO great idea knitting a Kindle cover although I will crochet mine, but it will be a pressie for my DH.
DH has a scan tonight for his tummy problem so keep your fingers crossed that all is clear.
Tea tonight will be leftover pork in some form, maybe a curry, not sure yet.
Very foggy here today, have a safe day all J x

    Morning all,

Cold damp and foggy here, the wm is on, but it will have to go on the airer, will take an age to dry.

We have the heating on for an hour in the morning 6 -7 the thermostat s on 17, so doesn't always click on, but it did for a while this morning and its bliss :D

Busy day today, office work this morning, online shopping to do, dog to walk, and a good clean through.

Lamb shanks for dinner tonight with roast spuds etc, mum is supposed to be coming for dinner, but my brother is on the verge of splitting with his partner, and so might be moving back with mum for a while, if its today she wont come, but will have dinner with him at home, he would be more than welcome to come, but he will obviously be upset, poor thing he is so worried about his kids, she is such a useless mum, she went out at the weekend and bought 2 x lamps for the kitchen £60 each  and then had no food to feed the children , he will be better off without her, but I am not sure the children will be properly looked after.

Farmerswife, I loved your pup, she is beautiful :T

Lou, how are you doing today xx

Tappers, hows things with you ?

Beth, take it easy and try to have a rest if you can xx

    Have good days all xx

  • Morning all! Hugs to everyone who wants one.

I'm feeling pretty good today, so I've got the DW and WM on, and hubby's got the rubbish out. I'm hoping to get some sewing done today, I'm supposed to be making bags as presents, but haven't even started yet.:o

    I knitted my kindle case...

Because the kindle is only small, but it can hold a whole library; it's bigger on the inside!:p
