I already thought of that but it's not in there. The last hope is that it's in the loft with the christmas tree and decorations but I'm not going up there for at least a couple of weeks yet. Actually I'm not going up there at all, that's what family is for.....0 -
I just found out we'll have Sidney staying from 17th to 29th December.:T
Ooh, Lame Wolf a doggie over Christmas, I do envy you

I was hoping to be home just after lunch but ended up staying at work a lot longer to help someone out, it meant sitting in silence and doing nothing apart from pressing a few buttons, it was bliss! I don't really feel like flying but I have a very early start tomorrow and know I won't feel like it when I get home so I might try and do a bit while DH is teaching later.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1931.07/£2700

Just keeping up with dailies and doing my own lists this week.
The floor is down and I love it though the cat doesnt. Just keeping on top of things as more work to be done in here when the man comes back next week. Taking whats left of the wood back tomorrow for a refund.
Got a message to say my phone was ready to pick up after being repaired. Nice surprise as they have given me a new phone.
Load of washing done
Shopping done.
Kitchen S&Sed and bathroom.
I know its off topic but hope someone can help.
I have been getting calls from a 844 number. They dont speak when I pick it up. But soon as I say hello a voice says my refund from my personal protection insurance is ready. They want me to press 5 on the phone. I havent done this as Im suspecting its a scam.0 -
Haven't packed my bag yet
as I can't get to it yet... But I have hoovered, dusted, tidied and mopped downstairs, finished the washing including cleaning cloths and mop heads and had the ironing picked up.
OH has been over and moved the coal bin, topped up the logs, lit the fire and made the bed before heading off on taxi duty
Need to sort out food, and all the phone numbers I need in hospital. Then remove nail polish, then pack. Oh... And try to get hold of the person who is supposed to be taking me in tomorrow morning...0 -

Personal Challenges
Monday Pollyanna Day DONE
Tuesday Go outside Day DONE
Wednesday Health Check ALL DONE
Thursday Feet glorious Feet
Feet work so hard and so unloved. Today exercise yours. How high can you lift your toes? Can you lift individual toes? Keeping your feet on the floor try to move your big toes towards each other. Use a spare rolling pin or tennis ball to massage the soles of your feet. Can you pick up small items like beanbags with your feet? Get the kids involved too.
Treat them to a soak and moisturise (your feet not the kids). Foot treat products make great gifts.
Friday Festive Drinks
Have a think about drinks over the festive period. Mulled wine, Bucks Fizz, fruit cocktails, fizzy water and red cordial, prosecco? Try something new. Check any glasses you will need over the festive period are clean and sparkling
Preparing for Christmas Challenges
Monday dates ALL DONE
Tuesday outfits ALL DONE
Wednesday season of goodwill and forgiveness ALL DONE
Thursday Festive Food
Although stir up Sunday has just passed it’s not too late to make a pudding or a cake. My fantastic pudding recipe can be made just a week in advance. Have you got all the recipes and ingredients you need for any festive dishes? Cake boards and decorations to hand? Chocolate Yule logs are fun for kids and those who love chocolate.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1931.07/£2700
