    Afternoon
I'm still trying to find my turkey size foil which I know I had left over last Christmas but obviously put somewhere safe when we packed up the kitchen to be done in April. I know as soon as I buy some more I will find it!

If you cook a big bird only once a year, might it be worth storing the big foil with the spare rolls of Xmas wrapping paper?

Justs bits of cleaning going on here. Pottering around and putting things away and catching up on washing. Had a quote to fix car which was £450:eek: but my local, friendly mechanic man is on the case to see if he can get parts a bit cheaper.

Would love to climb back into bed and sleep a while but i'm guessing my next client wouldn't be too impressed so need to give myself a kick and get a wriggle on.

    Hugs to everyone xx

Dusty I know I don't get a Rudolph for forgiving myself (still can't get my head round the fact that I have that evil man's DNA in me):( can I at least have a star for getting all the health check stuff covered? Pretty please?:o

    Today's challenges are covered already:

    Personal Challenges :starmod:

    Thursday Feet glorious Feet
Feet work so hard and so unloved. Today exercise yours. How high can you lift your toes? Can you lift individual toes? Keeping your feet on the floor try to move your big toes towards each other. Use a spare rolling pin or tennis ball to massage the soles of your feet. Can you pick up small items like beanbags with your feet? Get the kids involved too.
Treat them to a soak and moisturise (your feet not the kids). Foot treat products make great gifts.

My daily HHYoga helps with this, and I do exercise them when I'm sitting doing something else, to keep the horrible cramps at bay;:o I often do pick up stuff with my feet to save bending, as I never wear footwear of any sort in the house – something Mr LW has always found hilarious.:D I currently have steroid cream from the Doctor, plus some super-duper re-hydrating stuff called Doublebase Gel, which I have to use on my feet, so this challenge is covered, methinks.;)

    Preparing for Christmas Challenges:rudolf:

    Thursday Festive Food
Although stir up Sunday has just passed it’s not too late to make a pudding or a cake. My fantastic pudding recipe can be made just a week in advance. Have you got all the recipes and ingredients you need for any festive dishes? Cake boards and decorations to hand? Chocolate Yule logs are fun for kids and those who love chocolate.

Four Yule puds made last weekend – Mr LW really likes them, so I've made enough that we can have them spread out over the coldest months;;) we're not bothering with a cake, as it's not worth it for just the two of us, and we're both still trying to lose, or at least not regain, weight. Freezer is suitably full, so that I don't have to shop when the supermarket will be heaving with people;:o I think we're covered. Oh, and I just found out we'll have Sidney staying from 17th to 29th December.:T
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

shortbird it's biological washing detergent. Use it when housetraining too.

I've used biological washing liquid. I've washed the floor with it, I've washed the stuff she's peed on with it, it's made no difference :(
I was told to wipe over the areas with white spirit, made no difference.

Bummer, I'm at a loss then, those fancy sprays that vets sell just have enzymes in like bio detergents.

Half a HHI done and some Christmas shopping.
