Wednesday Health Check
When life is busy it is easy to forget to keep an eye on your own health but it is so important. So today I want those breasts checked ladies and I can think of no excuses.
Thursday Feet glorious Feet
Feet work so hard and so unloved. Today exercise yours. How high can you lift your toes? Can you lift individual toes? Keeping your feet on the floor try to move your big toes towards each other. Use a spare rolling pin or tennis ball to massage the soles of your feet. Can you pick up small items like beanbags with your feet? Get the kids involved too.
Treat them to a soak and moisturise (your feet not the kids). Foot treat products make great gifts.
Preparing for Christmas Challenges
Monday dates ALL DONE
Tuesday outfits ALL DONE
Wednesday season of goodwill and forgiveness
Simple one today for you all, I want you to forgive yourself for something you have done in the past (distant or more recent). It can be a bad decision you made, something you said, something you didn’t do. Stop it being in your head. Accept that you are human, you made a mistake and you completely forgive yourself for it. Now enjoy your day.
Thursday Festive Food
Although stir up Sunday has just passed it’s not too late to make a pudding or a cake. My fantastic pudding recipe can be made just a week in advance. Have you got all the recipes and ingredients you need for any festive dishes? Cake boards and decorations to hand? Chocolate Yule logs are fun for kids and those who love chocolate.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1931.07/£2700

Up late again this morning, DD2 left late for school and DD1 has decided not to go in this morning. It's not something I encourage but she's having trouble with the ex boyfriend and some girls and their boyfriends at school and she's so down.
She has agreed to help get the store of Christmas presents down from the attic so I can go through them. I have a list but it's not the same as seeing the things
I had a call from witness care yesterday, the XH has pleaded guilty so there won't be a trial now. He's still on remarnd 'til the 29th when he will be sentenced but because he's already been in so long they'll probably just release him.
My lists are still rather longand I still haven't done any study

Cannot get motivated this morning, seem to have a lot going on but not if you get what I mean.
Today my list is only little:
- Hospital for chest xray to hopefully see that the pneumonia hasn't left any lasting damage, and that my ribs are healing.
- Asda for flowers for mum
- Crematorium for a chat with mum and place flowers on the plot - can't believe it has been 5 years.
- Take friend to Asda later this afternoon - she needs cheering up as I had to take her 15 yr old cat to the vets last night and he was sadly put down due to being in so much pain from a humungous growth in his stomach. I stayed with him while the vet did his stuff as sadly she couldn't do it. It's more poignant for me as she got the cat from my mum when he was a kitten. And as today is her anniversary it brought it home to me that I have lost a link to my mum..
Unfortunately regarding one of the challenges I cannot forgive, but my therapy is teaching me how to have acceptance. We compromised on the not forgiving and changed it to acceptance. Can I please have this instead of forgiving Dusty..xxx
Anyway enough of this maudlin stuff..
Ok off to have shower then write a very hard letter to a someone.
Hugs to everyone, will be back later this morning/afternoon xxxMortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️
