So sorry Islandmaid Night night Bruno. XX

Well, I didn't sort the downstairs bedroom but went out and bought a curtain pole and put it up myself! (I can paint over the missing bit of plaster!!). I have shortened my bargain curtains and they are up. Feeling very pleased with myself as I have never done that before.

Large puppy gone home, I love having him but he could do with a bath! I usually do it but he has his leg in plaster so had to put up with a bit of a 'doggy' smell.

Not much else, have a good evening. XX

    Evening all
Sorry to confuse everyone, it is my birthday tomorrow (thanks for all the birthday wishes) I had my celebration with the family today, tomorrow I hit the big 60.
The day has been a great success, DS1 bought me a kindle, woo hoo, the others bought me enough vouchers to buy a cover in the colour I want & lots of books, DD1 & the Minder have clubbed together to buy me a bumblebee hive for the garden, not honey bees, too much faff.
I made jerk chicken & cajun chicken, rice & salad, DS1 also bought a beautiful blackforest gataux as a birthday cake. I have also made a cake for work tomorrow, I've posted a pic on my blog, I have a headache after having so many people here today, lol.
    Have a good evening everyone.
    Hugs Hester
