    You live in the city and you got home via tractor? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Hahaha! nooooo, when I lived at mums I used to work on a farm. It was only about 7 miles to work but when it snowed I often got a tractor home to make sure I could get to work the next morning. The farmer had 2,500 sheep and they needed fed. Anyone remember the Foot & Mouth? we got caught out big time that year, all the sheep were 12 miles away from the farm when the Government imposed the livestock movement restriction and then the snow set in, hard. Every day, 3 times a day back and forth with feed for them. The snow was so bad in places I had to cut across other farmers fields and even then some fields were a bit on the deep side. Boss always went ahead with another tractor and any deep deep bits the two were linked up with chains, get it right the first time rather than mess it up and get stuck and end up with a problem. The things I did for a pittance of a wage...

    As above, please please complain, it's the only way they know what is really happening. Staff are in obvious need of training and customer service skills!

    Complaint has been written and emailed to phil. Putting all the detail in as I briefly outlined it on here has wound me up again.

    Theres no issue using more than 1 coupon, you should claim DTD if you have been overcharged.

    When I bought my chickens, i knew I would be overcharged so I bought 5. Yet how many people saw them marked as half price, paid, and went home without checking their receipt, quite a few I'd imagine as the massive shelf was only half full when I got their.

    SO tesco may have given me £35 back and 5 chickens but I reckon they creamed at least £150 in my store off people who didnt check their receipt. So even after my refund they are still £115 up.[/QUOTE]

    I`m not getting into a big debate,it`s up to you,but that doesn`t make it right for me.
    Sorry I just need to respond to your "creamed at least £150 "I feel sorry for the people over charged,I really do but you can`t feel it is right for them to be out of pocket and you £35 up?
    No harm is meant by this post.If you are happy with claiming DTD then all well and good,but I`m not.It takes all sorts in the world.

  • I've just had a reply to the email I sent Facebook after They deleted my account for fake detail and they've apologised saying it was an error and I can now log back in.

    How did you contact them? They haven't replied to me at all?

    No offence taken, there are 6 of us in this house 3 of us are adults, plus my mum & dad are struggling to get by since my dad was made redundant 3 years ago aged 61, and no matter how hard he tries for jobs they all say he's just to old.

    So I bought 5 knowing I could at least feed us all for a few meals.

    If people think thats wrong, its ok, your entitled to your opinion, and I respect that.

    But I aren't about to see my family struggle when I know theres free food on the table.
