Re DTD , You are right, knowingly obtaining it could also be found to obtaining goods by deception, if it could be proven.

it donest have to be 'proven' the fact that you are doing it - hoping that you dont get caught is still obtainong goods by deception.

and just because you are obtaining goods at a lower price does NOT make it theft.

getting quite hett up about this now - people need to know their facts before commenting

hiya all

have not been able to get on for a couple of days guna read back now and find out whats been going on !

hope you all found some jerky nuggets ....my oh loves them ! damn it i will end up buying these full price ones he has scoffed what we have !! sometimes i shoot myself in the foot without knowing !!

found some small packets of dry roasted kp nuts for 1p at bris .......the were outta date by a few weeks but figured its nuts right they will be ok ! no details as in cupboard but has WIN and a pale blue bit on the top . hope its a new one and others find them !!

off to catch up now not been to t's since monday ahhh xx

Hi fudge, hi nikki, hi MMW-been thinking of you and sent you some virtual hugs when you mentioned about your op, hope everything is ok with you all

i am occasionally lurking, took a lot of willpower to detox myself from T's and the thread :A, I have avoided posting as i have a totally addictive personailty (good job i don't smoke, drink or gamble) and once I start posting I can't stop........................., only been in T's a couple of times and total disaster both times-once got totally trouted with 1p nuts, second relapsed and got a couple of tummy mats that i didn't need with the 1/2 price stickers on-too chicken to get DTD so they are most likely going back lol!

BTW don't want to spill too much about other stuff but I'm doing ok and getting things sorted at home, missed you guys like mad

NOW NO MORE POSTING AND BACK TO LURKING
