i am occasionally lurking, took a lot of willpower to detox myself from T's and the thread :A, I have avoided posting as i have a totally addictive personailty (good job i don't smoke, drink or gamble) and once I start posting I can't stop........................., only been in T's a couple of times and total disaster both times-once got totally trouted with 1p nuts, second relapsed and got a couple of tummy mats that i didn't need with the 1/2 price stickers on-too chicken to get DTD so they are most likely going back lol!
BTW don't want to spill too much about other stuff but I'm doing ok and getting things sorted at home, missed you guys like mad
NOW NO MORE POSTING AND BACK TO LURKING

Earlier I posted this as although my conscience told me this was wrong, I wanted to confirm the legal view of this:

A quick google shows that tampering with labels is classed as retail theft:
Retail Theft
"...Statute 3929(a) defines retail theft as the taking of any merchandise without paying the full retail value required. This can include actually removing merchandise from the store, changing or removing labels and price tags or tampering with security tags. Retail theft is graded in 3929(b) based on ..."
Don't do it guys. It ain't worth it.

Did you mean to quote U.S. law, rather than UK law?
It's only a game

I think knowingly and with intent are the key words in these discussions. Errors and ommissions are not counted. HTH
Sounds like a line straight from the Law essay i handed in last week on the Men's Rea of a crime :T- wish i could be motivated to do my current law essay on 'attempting a crime' though
Anyway, managed to find a new 1p item... It's already been mentioned thoughLittle foldaway blue shopping bag, ah well
Thanks to OP for reporting too
..
Also got the Lucozade energy shots from express last night. They aren't my prefered beverage put it that way! They taste like VERY strong orange cordial in a water form? Hahaha.. suppose i can stand the taste to get my through my upcoming exams though. They definatly re-energized me after a night of revision this morning..Karlie you should get some too!
Think were off to T's later for the 1p tea and more choc :T (they normally re-stock around 10.30ish) x
P.s, just seen Celebrates back after i posted!Welcome back hun, hope everythings well with you!xxx
