Another daft SEL: small pack of Guylian Seashells were something like 67p and two for £2. (Am dyslexic with numbers so can't remember exactly but it was more expensive to buy two.)
What I'd really like to know: does it really cost more if you buy two? And if it does, can you get DTD on it?!0 -

Thanks in advance
Glennans vegetable crisps, white packet with silver/dark red writing, normally on a clip strip BC ending 001049Trouted is a term for when you have a problem with something in store and the assistant or customer services person gives you grief and does not want to sort it out. These people are called trouts so when you have a run in with one you have been trouted!!
Ah thanks, I wondered if trout stood for something like maybe

heheCan anyone please give me a quick brief as to what the current glitches are? I've lost track of the thread tbh.
I know the tub of choc glitch but the pukka pads, party stuff and dairy milk choc bars are what i'm after (120g for 34p?)
Plus of course any others.
I'm gonna leg it to my local 24hr extra in a bit to try and nab a bargain or 3!
DM Bars have SEL 93p but scan at 34p BC end 521792
Twist poppers (Long tube in a lilac colour). BC ends 2496 @ 11p BUT 2495 scan at the normal 75p
Iliooms balloons BC ends in 01005 packet says 5 mixed LED Balloons with SEL of 8p, also look for BCs ending 0030 and 0039 as apparently these are cheap too, also the aliens ones

Pukka pads are A4 jotters or project books, only store near me that had the reduced price was a normal one..all the extra stores scanned high price. HTH0 -
Gotta agree with both of you here yes the helmet does give a feeling of security but yes it can also save your life,
example couple of year back me and DD went riding in out local park, DD decided it would be best to cycle faster going downhill than it would be to break well..........she hit the fence at the bottom of the hill so hard she went over the handlebars bounced off the fence and fell backwards onto her head, we had to take her to hospital for xray as we thought she had broken her ribs (she took the paint clean off the fence and onto her t-shirt and no , it hadn't been recently painted) but thankfully she had her helmet on or god knows how bad her head would've been , she didn't break any ribs (no idea how??) but had a massive bruise going diagonally from her shoulder to her hip , trust me she will be lucky if i let her out the bike without masses of bubble wrap on let alone standard protection :rotfl:

I don't know if anyone saw the episode of Top Gear where Jezza and the boys drove up the worlds most dangerous road in Bolivia?
Sis and I went down it (at great speed thanks to disc brakes:eek::eek::eek:) on mountain bikes and they gave us a helmet to wear. I didn't see the point in it to be honest as you went over the side or hit a wall at speed you were fcuk ed anyway.:eek:0 -

Just emailed uncle 'phil'
bought 3 tins of heroes/celebrations @£10
produced the price drop leaflet and no they wouldnt honour them
They so make stuff up as they go along so spoke to duty manager (and got her name) I have emailed Mr T and lets see how we go I just think this whole thing is ridiculous that a company as big as tesco cannot get the simple things like prices and marketing to add up!!!!!
I did mention ecconomic climate and that I could have purchased these at asda but decided to go a little further to Mr T for the clubcard points and that I have no intention of purchasing these tomorrow (yep apparently they go down again tomoz) or any other day
we shall see what happens !!!!
BTW also told they were only put up to £10 for today ???????????? !!!!!! why do they do that other than to trap the unsuspecting customer ........ grrrrrrrr
I have been trouted by Middleton over me buying 6 Modern milk, and 2 blue dragon shots... would only let me buy one of each...then at same time security guard comes over to tell my OH that the tissues which he took from the cosmetic display was for cosmetics use, he got them so that we could eat our roast chicken thighs in the car..so OH just gives the security guard the tissues back...dunno what he did with them next..???
then b4 a few weeks ago at Huddersfield road ,OH was in que to pay for his stuff and he had 1 APG in his hand... security comes over and asks if hes gonna use the APG, OH says yes ,,. so escorted him to a newly opened till , says he had to pay cash..so Oh pays and then calls HO and they refunded the APG back to him..only a small amount £1.XX
So fed up...CS is so bad0 -
Makes interesting reading!

Every T in the land will now know her face.....
Oops- I'd much rather stay off radar!
Obviously the payment for taking part in the article outweighs the chance of her being trouted in the future.
And was it really her that first spotted it and posted about it or has she jumped on the band wagon and made out it was her for a quick quid from the paper?0
