The attitude of the manager was lousy and the way she spoke to me was plain rude and nasty when I told her I was going to ring head office she said no point there closed they shut at 6.30 I told her she was wrong that they opened later than that, but told me under no circumstances would she give me dtd on both phones and tried to refund the second one but I wouldn't let her so thanks again will let you know how I get on with HO in the morning

I had the same problem with a set of phones. Manager was having none of it and when I asked for no for HO, he just said it's on the receipt.
I posted on thread 12 and Czerchy was kind enough to give me some advice :T, so I rang HO, they contacted the store and phoned me back with a ref.
They told me to go back to the store and I should now get my DTD, if there were any problems to give the store the ref and tell them to phone HO.
I went back to the store and spoke with a different manager and told him I had ref from HO.
He took a note of the ref and gave me the DTD I should have got the first time round.
I hope you get the same result. If you have any probs with HO (although I must say they are usually really helpful), then hang up and try again and you should get a different person and hopefully a different answer.

iloom balloons in culver in with the normal party balloons they are on a shelf pushed to the back not in the black display box with the others.4 packets left hope someone manages to get them.

Managed to get 2 camera cases black ones with orange zip today for 51p gr**sby store.

Glad you found these did you find the icing sugar as well?
Ive never seen the plenty in either of our stores have you?

Speaking of, lot of talk today about our brave boys n girls in uniform whom I have much respect for, no mention of the doctors,nurses,paramedics, police officers, firemen and coast guards.

Hear hear! Actually one of my favourite people in 'uniform' are the RNLI. When only the crazy and foolhardy will put to sea, these unpaid lads and lasses put to sea to make sure all is well. As a frequent seagoer I have to raise my glass to them! :beer:

no not had any joy with plenty!!! thats one of first things i look for as soon as i get in store the plenty and flash wipes!! hoping i find some soon as only got 2 rolls left and i holding off buying any just in case i find some lol

forgot all about the icing sugar just put it on my list for tomorrow.

and thankyou for mentioning the camera cases yesterday.

i always struggle remembering everything lol
