Was just gonna post the same thing myself, don't think I've ever seen it so quiet on here! There's usually pages upon pages to catch up on!

I'm heading off to bed now, here's hoping tomorrow brings us something special ;):D

Glad the back biting has gone, we need a good glitch I really enjoyed the pasatta one as I use a lot of that anyone, the milkshake one was ok but omg those milkshakes were vile I tried 1 and gave the rest away, o/h is in the other room having a Harry Potter "session" and keeps popping in to see me saying, "Can't believe we got these 7 dvd's for a fiver, we got any more of those cheap pringles, or any more honeycomb tco as I'm bored with the popping candy one" :D

To put it simply, they lied. There is no item limit for DTD.
If you are overcharged you should get DTD of the overcharge, regardless of how much the it is.
You should contact HO and they will hopefully contact the store on your behalf and provide you with a ref to go back to the store with, to get the rest of the DTD back.
    hth :)

You should get DTD for both of them. Don't let them fob you off!
By the way, what phones were they? description and barcode will help.;)

    Thanks Fudge
The attitude of the manager was lousy and the way she spoke to me was plain rude and nasty when I told her I was going to ring head office she said no point there closed they shut at 6.30 I told her she was wrong that they opened later than that, but told me under no circumstances would she give me dtd on both phones and tried to refund the second one but I wouldn't let her so thanks again will let you know how I get on with HO in the morning
    really appreciate the info xx
