    Quite simply.. they were wrong.
    If you are overcharged they should refund you double the difference. Ring HO in the morning, on 01382822700 and they will either contact the store on your behalf, or, in my case, HO logged my complaint, which went directly to the store. They then followed that up with a phonecall to 'remind them of the dtd policy' and sent me the difference on a gift card to 'save me returning to the store'. They were really nice about it.

  • Yippee! Finally got some of the enrituals washing liquid & conditioner! Also got a DTD from some shampoo that was stocked up in wrong place, she removed the Sel tho :( Forgot to look for DM!!! Gutted! No Illooms, Ive had these before & they are cool, kids love em. I wanna really good glitch but cant get there fast enough this week coz DS is still poorly, its like being under house arrest! Cant say I was impressed with the whoopsies discounts either, I thought on an evening they would be heavily reduced but 5 down to 4.25 for 4 breaded chicken breasts still seems dear to me!

    Was really embarressed at CS when manager came down and spoke down to me like I was a nobody as there were other people at CS thanks for the welcome and the info really appreciate any help I can get as wasn't sure on the policy xx

    No problem :) Some CS are really snotty, and for some reason seem to think the money is coming out of their own pocket?!
    But their not all like that:) pot luck really...

    That's what happened to me last week, when I bought 2 sets of the writing sets and a bright starts mobile toy. The CS guy try to fob me off with only one lot of dtd, but I stood my ground and asked them to call HO for me (before 6pm).

    End result, I got all the items dtd.
