I was short on time again yesterday due to my time not tracking. I know I worked enough as I manually track my time.
I have contacted them again about this as it must be their problem as I know it isn't just me. Can everyone who is having this problem please contact them as it needs to be sorted out their end, and the original reply I had did not address this. The more messages they have the more seriously they will take it.

I worked 40 minutes more than the timer actually states this week, but I think that's purely down to IE crashing 2 or 3 times during long sets of tasks.

If I ever lose any time I can't account for will definitely contact them, although am not exactly sure which email address everyone is using?!

Has anyone heard anything today about when we're getting paid? i've emailed twice and had no response, starting to get a bit concerned!

Did you get the email on Friday? That's the last I heard. I asked again today and didn't get a response. On the other hand, I did get some feedback today and there is loads of work loaded onto the system :undecided Don't know what to think, will feel better when I've been paid that's for sure.

Are there only the three of us on here doing the work?

I've resigned from this project but I'm still being copied in on the emails. The last one I received (on Friday) said that they were treating the delay 'with extremely high importance'. Hope you all get paid soon.

I'm now becoming incredibly fed up of the larger sets.

Twice today upon clicking submit the toolbar has crashed, and the time hasn't recorded.

I'm getting quite tired of working the time, and errors meaning it isn't counted.

Same here, 3 times today at the review page. It's really frustrating. That's getting close to 1 hour. I'm claiming for what I've manually tracked though.

Exact same thing happened to me earlier, and I immediately clicked over here to be greeted by your post!

Also had a similar problem before that where IE froze up while trying to open a Word document, which seems to be another common occurrence. Unfortunately I was on about 25 of a set of 30 at that point as well. :mad:

So all in all, I've worked for 3 hours 35 minutes so far today, but will assume I actually have another full hour still to do as that 35 minutes is unlikely to have counted.

SO annoying!!

Look like we're all in the same boat.

Weirdly, when I logged back in an about hour ago the timer was at 3.4 hours, so seems it has counted most of the time I thought was lost after all. Funny how sometimes it does this and sometimes it doesn't though... :huh:
