Is anyone else having UHRS issues?
The way in which queries are judged and displayed appears to have changed.
Problem is I can't see how to submit my judgements on the review page now, so can't do any work!0 -
I haven't had my payments for the work either. It says 0 for this fortnight but a payment being calculated in the next fortnight. I'm waiting to hear from the supervisor too. I'm glad its not just me!
I had an email to say we should hear something tomorrowThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Is anyone else having time tracking issues? I have been doing the large sets and my time does not seem to be right. I have also been seeing the same sets so something not right.0
-
Yes Angelflower.
I thought I was the only one!!!
Yesterday I completed at least 4.2 hours (I always track manually) but UHRS shows only just over 3.
I'm really livid about it. I also had repeated sets - obviously the judgements weren't going through, and nor was the time.
Very much doubt they'll accept this though and reimburse me for the time I worked, and UHRS fails to show.0 -

I contacted them about it and got a standard answer about work only being recorded once submitted, but I was doing this. Maybe you could report it too so that they can see it is a bigger issue and not just me. I think the server maybe playing up so the work is not getting through. I am short on time today too.0 -
Yes, I reported it too.
I also got a standard response and a link to some excel sheet.
They treated it as if I didn't know how time tracking worked. They didn't seem to understand that I've been working with them long enough to know how UHRS operates, and have never had any problems with it, until yesterday when 1 hour of time I completed was lost.
I hope that other people have also realised there is a problem and will complain, but I very much doubt we'll get paid...
Not happy, as like you, I was really short of time yesterday, and didn't think I'd be able to complete the full 4 hours - I managed to do it in one big sitting, so was really unhappy to see it fail to track in full.0 -
Yes, got the same email, and yes been working with them long enough to know what I am doing like you. So I wasn't happy with the response.
Hope it gets sorted quick.0 -
Yep, let's hope so.
There is no way we can be the only ones, so hopefully others complaining should convince them it's not an isolated incident.0 -

Mmm.. Just checked my timer and it doesn't yet show the last hour I worked today. Finished over 2 hours ago, so a bit weird I suppose. Am just assuming it will be all up-to-date by tomorrow though, otherwise will join the rest of you in emailing...0
