    Not happy, as like you, I was really short of time yesterday, and didn't think I'd be able to complete the full 4 hours - I managed to do it in one big sitting, so was really unhappy to see it fail to track in full.

    I was over an hour short and I got the same reply, like I was some kind of newbie idiot. I added the time on anyway. I am not working for free.

    Anyone heard anything about the transcription pay yet....nothing showing on my payments page :(

    I will also add the time on that I worked and it failed to track then CatWoman. As you say, we shouldn't just have to accept it and work for free.

    I think they're behaving unfairly over this, especially since numerous people have obviously complained and it is in no way an isolated incident.

    The email was bordering on the insulting.

  • I haven't been paid either, I don't see how it can be our paypal accounts! Is any payment showing on the apb as mine isn't? I've emailed again but had no reply. Are you continuing to work or waiting for the pay?

    I contacted PayPal to check my account and they said its fine. They said to check with APB :( Good question about continuing to work.
    I don't know the answer. Did the pay for other work types get paid okay?

    Yes, the payment fortnight has disappeared from my page. I did change my PayPal account but I've received 2 payments since.

    I am going to have to work because I'm seriously short for next month. Hopefully they continue to investigate and get it sorted soon. I don't like being a nuisance but if we keep on at them hopefully it will be sorted soon.

    Anyone else unable to get into the Consultant Home site? Just tried to log in for the first time in a couple of weeks, and the log in box just keeps popping up.

    Also tried in IE but just get a 401 error - seem to recall you need to disable the toolbar or something, but can't remember how.

    Our email address has changed. I had the same problem and was told to use the new one.

    On a seperate point, just had a repeating set :0(

    Thanks! Just tried an updated address and it works.

    In other news though, I only just got round to entering my hours for the week, so I assume this means I'll now have to wait an extra month to get paid?! Could've sworn the deadline was 8pm PST!! Oh well... :angry::(
