What a lot of us are living with bl**ding ingrates. A quick flick through my shiny sink book reveals that I am not allowed to be a martyr - what do you suggest instead moggins in the absence of any salami in this meat-free household. Can i be a martyr or will a leek do instead?

Thanks for the list Moggins. I'm not working tomorrow but have to take our cat to the vet as his leg keeps dislocating so i'll do all my tasks around that.

    So tomorrow,
    1) Dining room
    2) Boogie fling
    3) Office

and going to spend the rest of the day studying.

Thanks for the list, hugs to everyone who's had a bad day. Off to bed for an early night as i'm shattered. Take care xx

Okay dining room shouldn't be too bad as I only did it on Sunday and I've hoovered it tonight.

Computer desk - can do that

Run defrag on the computer - wouldn't have a clue!

Clean and hoover landings - won't take long they're only tiny.

    Hello again,

I feel like ive acomplished nothing today - i have managed to do my dailies, but thats about it. The kitchen floor still needs doing, although i did manage to wipe the worktops down.
Tomorrow, i can catch up a bit, as i dont have a dining room, and my computer area is still bit of a hot spot, so will do that (once the kitchen floor is done).
Packed lunches for tomorrow are done, and the washing has been hung up, so my last job tonight now, is put the dishes away once the DW has finished - love my DW, means i can keep my sink shiney all the time!!!!

Becca, someone posted on the previous thread about hiding things in black bags until asked for - you should maybe try it so see if it makes a difference.

Tried that many times before i'm afraid. It never worked.
They'll do without, or just find something else to use. They've got too much of everything! If I hide a wandering pair of shoes, they'll just wear another pair!
    :rotfl:

    I'm hoping they'll catch on.

  • God, today was a nightmare day!! The kids were monsters and they TRASHED the downstairs!! It took me nearly two hours once they'd gone to bed to sort it out!

Just as i'd sat down with my (dominoes, tut tut i know) pizza, my hubby phoned to say he was totally lost in Leeds and couldn't find his hotel. I then had to spend half an hour directing him there and my pizza has gone cold now!

The living room and kitchen are now clean but ARRRRGGGHHH my washing pile. No matter how many bloody loads i do, it still seems so huge that i'm sure i can see a few lonely goats (yodel-ay-hee-hoo) up there. I'm tempted just to pile in all in the garden and burn it.

Yayyyy for tomorrow task as i don't have a dining room or a computer table (laptop!!) xx

Besides.. defragging is my sunday morning job.. along with cache clearance and cookies eating. No flat surface = no dust.. I love my logic at times! Desk can have bit of a spring clean though

Clean and hoover landings. .. WHAT?!!? ALL of them??

27 fling boogie and tackle hotspots .. Flinging from the whole house?? Any room??? Cool.. HotMountains HAS to be a sofa or 3 though.. I NEED to sit somewhere

[STRIKE]Phone GP[/STRIKE] to see if blood results are back yet! ... no reply as usual!! flaming useless incompetant tw*ts.. I am REALLY pee'd with this.. they apear to have 'lost' them.. AGAIN.. Well... i'm making an appointment for Friday evening so if they aren't in then there will be hell to pay.
Stop whinging about the state of the back room and get the darn thing cleaned!!!!!!! (subtle??)
Clear the worksurface in the kitchen which is rapidly filling up with random gibble and DD2's pc!!
PAYDAY!!..[STRIKE] pay as many bills as possible and update sig.[/STRIKE]

Oooh my new loo is being delivered tomorrow too!!! Exciting.. just got to wait until the 15th for it to be installed!! Then we should (hopefully) cut the loo queue in half!!! .. [STRIKE]they rang and said it'll be tomorrow for some unknown reason![/STRIKE]

Do you think.. I would be more likely to clear the 3rd sofa if I chucked all the stuff off the other 2 onto it??? Or is piling elsewhere banned??

    Uniforms need locating too!!
