If the OP had just had the tv delivered to his GF, then why didn't he remove it right away? Chances are because the GF got rid of her old tv and the new one was the replacement. She'd have to be stupid to agree to her old tv being dumped and for the replacement to be owned by him. I think this was a gift which was soon regretted.There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson.
