    Because when a company lies so blatantly, you have to wonder what else they're lieing about or doing with your details.They won't pass your details on to third parties suddenly can't be trusted, for example. And who knows if it's any good? Could be a lump of metal for all you know... again, if you can't trust them you can't know.
  • I received the same card and just binned it. 2 weeks later I received the FREE item and have used it and it works. I find it all strange. It says it is funded by our energy company partners as part of their committment to reduce energy bills.
