Another £131.55 off my credit card! Yay! Have manged t stop smoking for two weeks tomorrow! Also asked my sister and a friend for the money they owe me! Neither is very happy but tough, they should've paid me before now. Both debts are a year and a half old and total £322 and £250! That's £572 off my debt!!! IF I ever get it back! I don't understand why some people are so tight! I'm living on benefits as a single parent who works part time and my sister earns over 50k, my friend and her hubby both work full time. Wish i'd been more assertive earlier!!!! Wouldn't be in such a financial conundrum!
    Rant over!!!!

  • Hi, i would love to join in please feel motivated that even the smallest of payments can help! I too am on a DMP with CCCS but with help and tips from people on MSE I think I could work towards clearing my debt! My smallest is Debenhams store card at £183, as its so small it annoys me that I can't clear it! Thank you and good luck everyone :)
In it for the fun :)

  • Morning All,

There is a lot of payments being made and CONGRATULATIONS to those who have cleared some debts already - That is real inspiration that with a bit of determination you do get there.

I am being taken into hospital tomorrow so I won't be around for pay day so I have set up payments to come out for the following :T This month I have extra from overtime and payment free council tax month (got one next month too!)

    Number 25
    Catalogue £347 / £347 - PAID

Utilities bill will be here February :( I am also attempting to pay my mum a little back next month.

January was my month to speak to my debtors and increase my payments, which I have done :T

Thank you Emily for being an inspiration :j
