With a name like TESCO + RAIDER you ought to get your facts right. Tesco Express DO do the offer. The christmas packs are normally on top shelf. The large Cadburys packs have a sel. for £4.20 each.I just asked the cashier to scan one 3 times..and price came up at £3 for the 3,So I bought 18 packs

in the 3 express in my area there was no b1gt2f sels and they went through at full price when you bought 3. maybe it depends on the area you live in.
:rotfl: given up on tesco do a lot os boots offers. but weekends are now in orange trackside b. lol
now a race marshal at silverstone.

Hi everyone. I'm absolutely fuming. I ordered the maximum online amount of 99 Cadbury Snowman selection packs at £1 B1G2F for my daughter's school PTA. They are going to be given out as presents at the Christmas party. I did click and collect and when I picked them up today at 4pm the guy told me thay had charged me the full £99 instead of £33 as the price instore was now without the offer. He said not to worry as I just needed to ring up Tesco.com and they would honour the B1G2F and get a £66 refund. I rang up as soon as I got home and the woman said the most she could refund me in cash was £36 and the remainder would have to be in Tesco vouchers. I said that I was buying on behalf of a PTA and that a £30 voucher is no use to them. I have a copy of my original order that clearly states the £33 charge. How can they deduct £99 from my card without even informing me and then say they won't give me the full amount overcharged paid back to my card. The woman said she would have to refer this to her manager who will ring me within the hour. Let's see what happens!!!

sometimes you just have to play hardball with them.

I would say this to them

"as you agree that I was overcharged the refuseal to refund the overcharge in full to my card is fraud and I will report this matter to the police and my bank"

Then just watch how apologetic they become and how fast they offer to give you back the overcharge in full to the card you paid with.

I got an declined direct debit charge when milk and more failed to deduct £10 from my frist invoice. I called them and insisted that they give me the money for the bank charge as I had called them before the payment was due to go out about the failure to deduct £10 from my first invoice and they had not advised me to cancel the direct debit. sent them a copy of the bank charge and got them to give me the money to cover it.
I later also managed to get my bank to drop the charge as it was not for authorised amount.

delivery just arrived - 2 tins of celebrations at £5 and 6 snowman selection packs at £1 each plus £5 delivery - all snowman packs charged at £1 so £6 in total and no mention of b1g2free promotion which was prominently displayed when i ordered - none of the other selection boxes i ordered were present so total £21 - but they did knock of £15 voucher i had used which was only supposed to apply to £50 spend so total to pay was only £6 - now not sure what to do as they charged £5 delivery to bring about 15% of order and didnt apply b1g2free to snowman packs but have only charged £6 in total for what i did get!!!!!

on sunday at 10AM their was one box in the whole store and when I asked they said they had none. at 3:50PM their was not even one in the whole store and when I asked I was again told they had none.
however at 7:45AM today look what was on the shelf

they managed to find the time to unload a truck and stock up the shelves.

however at 8:05AM they still had out of date items on the reduced shelf dispite being told be me 16 minutes before hand, to a member of staff less than 5 meters away form the from the shelf doing a home shopping pick.

only 8 of the items pictured are not past use by date

strange how they can do one thing so fast and another so slow.
