If you have had an email cancellation saying the item is OOS, you may still get it. I ordered some kids clothes out of the sale a few weeks ago on my moms account. She got an email saying they were OOS on the day before they arrived!

I ordered at 11.27. 25 items including loads of Emily Button, it has all been despatched. First time EVER my sale order has despatched with everything I ordered!
The order my OH placed had the Cottage cancelled and is not due to arrive till 25th, but as it can still be 'changed' on their website, I guess they could all go out of stock befor they go to pick.
As far as honouring prices, I recently ordered and there was a 30% banner, when my order arrived I had been charged full price. I called them up and the lady refunded me the 30% without problem, despite the fact the reason had been the code expired at midnight and my order went through at 12.02am!

Just checked my account and it says not yet dispatched, so am not holding out much hope ah well fingers crossed

My second order has been dispatched - my first one has not. My first order did have an Emily Button item in it and that seems to be the problem. However, my order has not been cancelled yet so we shall see...

I have not yet recieved a dispatch email, am hoping my order is ok tho as it has not yet been cancelled and the £13.90 has 'come out' of my bank account balance, and theres nothing else that money could be so assume m+s are getting ready to dispatch. Sorry to everyone who has trouble with their orders, i had the same thing with photo frames I ordered as gifts the other week when it was 10% cashback.. In stock on website and then ordered them and got an email of cancellation, surelly m&s could sort their website out to say how many of the item is in stock/and only let people order items that are physcially there - most other shops seem to manage and you'd have thought m&s were a big enough store to sort themselves out!! Customer service are rubbish too, no idea what they are talking about and they know less than the customer knows, noone could even explain why my photo frames were cancelled as they were in stock?! Crazy, will be avoiding m&s website from now on - its a total gamble of what items might arrive from your order lol!!
