grrrrr the order appears to have two dispatch dates due to the bunting so when I deleted that item off it gave me another new dispatch date which means all the stuff I really wanted is now out of stock and my order was never bothered with even tho I asked for the order to be split up and delivered as items were available. BAH.0

My order has arrived today, couldn't understand why things were missing, yet charged the price as per my order, rang them up and the other bits are arriving by Royal Mail today (other order came by Citylink) but the things arriving via Royal Mail are books, etc., are exactly the same as in order via Citylink, but they've done it in 3 separate packages, the huge box that arrived earlier still had loads of space left - not even M&S could understand it! So if not everything turns up on your order it may come in separate packages, you're just not informed!~ What's for you, won't go past you! ~0

Checked my order yesterday as hadn't heard anything and all four items I ordered last Wednesday still showing delivery by 23rd. Just checked again (no email since I ordered, btw) and jumper has disappeared and delivery now for rest - knickers, Emily Button create jewellery and a toy game is 29th December!! :eek: Anyone else got this? Hopefully just an error and they mean November - think I need to phone!“Rain drops are not the ones who bring the clouds.”0
