I ordered a few Emily Button bits on the first day. Just looked on my account and it is not even showing Did get initial confirmation email but no cancellation email. Is anyone else having this problem? I hope so or it looks like I'm not getting it

Just telephone their 'Customer Helpline' (ha!) and was told i should have received an email this morning at 11am (I haven't) saying cancelled full order as out of stock on all items. I have looked on line and they are all in stock! I asked for explanation and he said I'll just have to order again! When i said i got the 50% off and the extra 10% off he couldn't help. He said i'd just get the 50% off. If i wanted the extra 10% i'd have to order and then when i receive them i can ring up and ask them if they'll give me the 10%. Not so blooming likely!!! Looks to me as if M and S realised they shouldn't have left the 10% code on as well as the 50% offer so are cancelling left right and centre. Not good customer service :mad:

I'm getting really miffed with M&S.:mad:

I placed an order on Wednesday for some Emily Button bits including the doll. The doll went OOS later that evening.

So far it's been in and out of stock umpteen times and i have yet to have my order dispatched.
Just spoke to Customer Services who tell me that the way they work is if when they come to process your order it is in stock then good for you so to speak if it is OOS at that moment in time then you won't get it. You will have to place the order again when they come back into stock.(And then the whole bloody process starts again, by the time they get to your order it's gone OOS again)

What sort of system is that.:mad:

I checked my account earlier and my order has been despatched:j! It did have the mousey from emily button,the rest are mainly books though. Hope the rest of you start getting your orders soon. Fingers crossed for you all.

I find M&S very hit and miss, have had things cancelled in the past but very pleased to say the Little Tikes slide has just arrived.....it's ginormously bigger than I expected!

Mine was despatched today and it says they have despatched everything I ordered! (8 items mostly books & 2 games)
