How long is it usually before M&S process an order placed online?

I placed mine yesterday afternoon and haven't heard anything so far,(cancellation or otherwise) nothing taken from my card yet either.

I also had a cancellation email from them:mad:, ordered the Little Tikes hide and seek climber early on Wednesday morning. Not impressed at all might try emailing them letting them know how much of a shambles it all is.

I placed my order on Wed morning (about 9.30am) and got an order confirmation email straight away. I have had another email this morning to say my order has been dispatched. I only ordered small items - puzzles, glow stars and cars and they have all been dispatched.

Mine is on it's way and nothing has been removed... I also had standard (and free) delivery. I can't fault them at all so far

I just wanted to say I ordered 11 items - a couple of puzzles, some smaller stocking filler toys and 2 my first ragdoll toys and all have been dispatched so it seems it is only some toys that have issues... I've ordered many times over the last couple of years with m and s and taken advantage of loads of codes from this forum, saved myself a fortune. I've never ever had anything cancelled so they are generally good. One year I ordered about £120 worth of alcohol gifts for under £30 and they all came...

mine hasnt been cancelled yet, i ordered standard delivery to home, keeping fingers crossed nothing gets cancelled, i did order a few emily button bits so holding my breathe on those but hopefully they will come, we will see though!

I ordered a few Emily Button bits on the first day. Just looked on my account and it is not even showing Did get initial confirmation email but no cancellation email. Is anyone else having this problem? I hope so or it looks like I'm not getting it

Don't get M&S at all...

I ordered an item in the 25% kitchenware sale but a couple of days later I got an email saying that it was no longer available and so the order had been cancelled. I went online to check and there was at least 20 in stock on the website! I ordered it again and by now the 10% code was available, blessing in disguise I thought and the order was confirmed by email. Logged onto my account today and the order has vanished! No explanation, no cancellation email and the item is still showing 20+ in stock! With the discounts it was a good price for the item but by no means a glitch or an absolute bargain so very confusing!

What the heck is going on M&S???
