Same for me, megabloks and little tikes rocker cancelled due to a promotion and pricing error but no emails regarding my other items.0

next day delivery i bet you had silly sausage?
theyve given priority to next dayers and deliveries i bet and then realised they hadnt any left for anyone else... (or realised they didnt want to sell anymore)

I just opted for normal delivery.... so, makes there system even more of a shambles!0 -
Got a response to my email saying that they confirm that all orders placed with errors have been cancelled and it's in their terms and conditions that they can cancel orders if there are pricing errors on their website.
Still not acceptable so cancelled whole order and told them it was the first and last time i would be shopping with them online.
and they had a cheek to send a survey to rate their customer service- can't wait to fill that out lol...0 -
I got an email this morning telling me that they have cancelled my mega bloks and ive now just received another email saying that 3 of my items are out of stock! Im so raging because i ordered at 5am and they were not! The items removed were the teething book, high chair toy and the vtech rattle toy! Ive never ordered from their website before and dont think i will again i have no idea what way they prioritise orders its ridiculous! Lol rant over

yeah my order is being delayed by 4days and half missing, what a shambles, sounds like if i would of opted for home delivery i would of got the item maybe, bet they gave those customers priority. :mad:0

After much apologising has put a £5k credit on my online account but not the greatest way to do business from M&S.0
