I'm so glad to hear that we've helped you, please keep going and you WILL get there. I've already paid off about £27k of debt and still have £16k to go so I've a long way to go but in a short space of time! Thank you for posting xxx

Thanks for your support people!
I've heard that the cards do work after being frozen and defrosted but I'm hoping that I'll be cured of my terrible over-dependance on it by then and can just chuck it away / store for actual emergencies (NOT family size Galaxy bars and Hello! magazine).

Realistically I'm not going to clear it in a year, mainly due to a long-distance relationship that costs me a fair bit in petrol and rail fares. So a regretful 'no thanks' to the sign up (for now) but I'll be watching your progress!

Cheers again for your support. Its nice to know that there are others in a similar situation and that it can be got out of!

Joo I know what you mean about the long distance, I'm in London and OH is in Pontypridd. He usually catches the megamuff to London, and I've considered car sharing through the carshare website. Is this something you could do to cut costs?

Oh goodness, im going to have to go add up the debts now arn't I? hang on . . . . . ok I have £6806.89 as of today left in debt to pay hmmm def need to get started on this now, £500 a month . . . first job . . . declare im going to make £500 in decembers £10 a day challenge :eek:

Anyone know of any good survey sites? I am in a job where I can't go out mystery shopping, it has to be internet based and I need to think of ways to maximise my income!
