Welcome GemmaB1 can we call you Gemma? Congratulations on paying off so much in such a short space of time, I hope I can do something similar. Maf0 will be along to give you a number soon. Welcome to the party.
jakes-mum that is absolutely awesome, wish I could get as much off fleabay as you. Just had a buyer ask if I will sell an item BIN... replied with "no" considering I have 3 watchers and over 6 days remaining. Do you do a lot of comping to win the toiletries? I must attempt some of that.
I've been truely terrible today. I wanted chocolate but didn't want to change out of pyjamas or leave the house so I opened the pack of 22 cadburys minis that santa was meant to be giving my nephew. Oops! Well they were only £1 so I can easily buy him some more.
I've already eaten the ferrero roche that I'd bought for xmas...:o:o

Yeah its fine to call me Gemma. Thanks for the lovely reply's. I can't stop smiling since I worked it out. Especially since we are a family of 4 (6 year old and 11 month old) with only my hubby's income, I don't even want to think about what we used to spend the cash on when I was working! And as for the xmas sweeties, is it bad I had to hide the selection boxes from hubby, can't even let him know I have them in already. Why worry about the little things, When you do the big things seem bigger :A0

- I have just photographed a load of items for ebay (never done it before so not sure how it will go. Bit confused about how much to charge for postage, so going to start slow...
- Have cancelled my gym membership
- £8.09 in my sealed pots so far (only done a week, so not too bad)
- Feeling SUPER positive and so grateful for this website to help keep my focused. Doing things on my own never works! :rotfl:Lightbulb moment Nov 2011

Welcome to the team snoopyfan28! I'll add you to the 2nd post.
If there are any questions or tips/advice then please just ask the group, you'd be surprised at how invaluable some of their ideas are! I joined MSE in 2008 I think but only had my LBM in Oct 11. I joined a lot of the challenges and read A LOT of articles, diaries and posts. Completely immersed myself in MSE but didn't want to wait for January until the 2012 challenges started so decided to start my own to keep my motivation up! xxxNew Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

Hi All
Can I join please? I know I won't be debt free but next Christmas but my aim is to get rid of one my by credit cards (the biggest one!) so that's £6500. I still have a personal loan that I will be paying for 2 more years that I got to pay for my wedding and I STILL have my student overdraft although I am now paying for it!) and another credit card! Scary!
I have started trying to earn a little spare cash over the last week or so that is going towards Christmas presents rather than increasing my debt more but when Jan comes I need to focus on the credit card. At least I don't have a wedding and my hubbies 30th to worry about this year so hopefully I can focus solely on the debt!
Here's hoping that I may be able to start thinking about saving for a house by the end of 2012!!!

I know what you mean, it's only been 4 days and so many people have joined, it's fantastic! Sounds like you'll have a very productive week ebaying.
Thanks for asking about the funeral, it was tough but beautiful at the same time if that's possible, so many people went, it was incredible.
The festival sounds fantastic, wish I was going. I'm going to a craft fair and then off out for my weekly catch up dinner with a friend so it's always a spendy day. I must try harder next week to get some NSDs to make up for the last week... Not doing well in that department and really need to pull my finger out!!! I need to have a word with myself!!!New Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T
