I have an ebay money account that at a guess has £500 that ive made from ebay, to make it super hard to 'accidently' spend said money, its in a tesco account and I cant remember the number to the card so I have to go to a store to get the money out, im banned from driving further than our town centre and tesco is in the next town so its super duper safe . . . . cos no-one will take me to tesco :rotfl:
Everytime I have about £70 in there from sales I transfer over £50 and leave the £20 for fees and anything I might need. Money wont come out of tesco till next november when me 0% runs out on my CC, then im hoping there will be enough there to pay the thing off, if theres more in there than the CC total . . . well then i'm having dinner out :j :j :jSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £25/£10000 -
Like the challenge idea Kerri but not really sure what "time" to pick as my life seems fairly routinal (is that even a word?)
I quite like suzitiger's idea of limiting time she's on here, well not on here literally, we don't want you disappearing on us! But think I might limit myself to how long I spend on FB each evening - sometimes I just sit staring at it waiting for summat to happen, dunno what I'm expectingI could be doing so many more productive things!
So my personal challenge will to be to spend no more than 1 hour on FB each DAY (luckily I'm away this weekend or I'd never reach a financial target :rotfl:) with my target being £10 to treat myself to some new costume jewellery for next week's works do0 -

Anybody want to buy an Antler wicker picnic basket?!
For motivation, has anybody any big success stories on eBay-inspired debt clearance?
I'm a living eBay success story!
I've sold over £2,000 worth of stuff which cleared my overdraft and some of a CC (which is now empty) :money:DEBT FREE SINCE 25.07.14!

I love the support and enthusiasm on this thread, it's infectious:D:j
Psycho, I will definitely be returning to PAD as soon as my finances sort themselves out, it is such a good habit to get in to, I have done so well this year (have cleared 6 debts!) and it is all thanks to pad, I was getting a bit complacent but now this fab thread has spurred me on to go the distance:D ( and new baby is 9 months now and absolutely scrummy, he's my 5th boy:eek::rotfl: and we all adore him thanks for asking xxx)
I am so frustrated I can't start properly yet, but my little moneysaving thing for the day is saving £10 on one of my boys' xmas pressie:) I normally bargain hunt like crazy but he's getting a nintendo 3ds and he desperately wants nintendogs and I haven't seen it cheaper than about £30 anywhere but I found it online for £21 yay! every little bit helps:)0
