    What else...has anyone else mentioned snooker ball chewies.......rice paper...'they' stopped selling that....possibly because it was a fave with the druggies???...mmm stardust.....the stuff that crackled in your mouth...

    like someone else said earlier...!!!!!!ring off for hours on end with no-one noticing:rolleyes:

    I used to do that impression all the time...I thought it was funny...I only look back know and think what people where laughing at:o

    Re years he's been gone - Is that all??? God I thought it was longer than that? Did he die after Freddie 'Queen' Bulsara then???? Didn't he pass over 1992/3ish???

    I remember the 'sweet' ciggies..not the coconut tobacco though????....this woundn't happen now would it!!

    it's my birthday tomorrow and my dd bought me a lovely smelly's set from the bodyshop which she gave me tonight (won't see her much tomorrow she has to leave for school really early some has some after school stuff) As much as I loved the smellys I was just as excited by the lovely box they came in and have already found another use for it.

    That is exactly the kind of thing my Mum always did and now I feel really old.

    On the plus side I am very proud of my dd because she specifically chose the bodyshop to get my present as they were offering free gifts if you spent over £15 so she could get more for the money her dad gave her for my gift....(even though she kept the free gift for herself :rotfl: )
