2012 Frugal Living Challenge (Part 1)

Oh what beautiful weather we're having.:j I've spent much of the last week sorting out the garden, and I'm pleased with my pruning, weeding and tidying.

And at the end of this week, a quarter of the year is over, and we've got 2 great quarters to follow, with lower heating bills and hopefully, lots of sunny days ahead.:)

Knee is giving me jip from yesterday so probably no allotment tomorrow. Just waiting for pathetic NHS to phone back on advice on self treatment...

Slept no end past day or so after all that exertion...

Ohhhhhh Erme .... must admit to the green eyed monster raising it's head a bit - it's lovely:D Sure it'll be worth all the ache's & pains in the long run & just think of being able to sit (;)) down there in the summer *sigh* ..... sleep is good!:D

Ohhhh meant to say ... budget's gone to pot a bit!

Have done my Apr - June stock up already as I was in town where the shops were today (60 mile round trip) so seemed silly not to do it & then have to waste fuel going back in a few days...... spreadsheet looking a bit unhealthy!

I am going to stockpile some first and second class stamps over the next few weeks - charges going up end of April ans we still do use the postal service !
