q about housepricecrash website...

IS that run by nazis? I went on there on the forums and said that I'd just bought a flat and went through a few figures and kind of said how it was a good, sound, buy considering my circumstances next thing I know more than one person is accusing me of being an Estate Agent and now Ican't post. I also sent an email to the forum admin and they didn't reply.

Lots of people quote that website as a bit of an oracle, but it seems a little dodgy to me - they're v.paranoid on there.

It has some fantastic data over there but the members are pretty anti anyone who has done well out of buying a house.

I only just bought a place too, after 15 years of renting - I said as much too - I hated house prices going up, I don't really want them to go up now either, so long as I'm slowly paying of the equity, and I'm in a 2 bed flat for 630/month mortgage, before i was in a bedsit for 500/month, but I can rent out other room for about 325, it's just better for me. They dismissed me as an EA and that was it, I couldn't post anymore and the mods wouldn't respond to my questions. Nutjobs imo.

Please whatever you do not take it personally. Basically there a huge majority of Sell to Rent filth on there who have gambled their own fortune and families security on selling their expensive houses only initiat an economic and housing crash so they can buy back in On the cheap. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIESS.

    Weren't you banned from there?:D

Also isn't true you don't like them as they educate people about the fragility of the housing bubble which you are vulnerable with a highly leveraged buy to let portfolio? :rotfl:

God forbid, an opinion of your own and a rational decision for your own benefit? The internet frothers won't like that.

    I wouldn't worry about it.
Unless you are in a situation that means you can never own a house you will not be welcome over there.

Lots of people on here got banned the same as you did.
It makes me laugh now. The HPC members come over here and report everything back to the pack.

They banned everyone before we could rip into them. Pretty gutless IMHO.

    Their crash didn't happen.

    They aint nice people.
Look at how many threads start ' Bumped into an old friend. He cant afford his mortgage and will lose his house. haha'

    Who needs friends like that?

Better leave them all together in the pit of despair.
