just seen my ISA is only 2.75... i wonder how i switch at the end of april if need be??
You find the best deal going, open up a new ISA, then fill in a form to transfer this current years ISA to the new rate :)

Thanks, my cousin seems to think it looks rude from his comment on faceb haha. I'm currently goggling to try to find where to buy fat quarters to make a quilt, does that make me old??? I want either a lovely blue, or a black & white patchwork quilt. Then maybe I'll venture into a patchwork duvet cover & pillow case set to match.

Everyone else is out drinking, I'm thinking about quilts..... am I really 25???

I think you switch to the best rate when the rate on yours is either lower that the offer, or it drops.

So I feel really pumped up..i cant sleep.. so i transfered my rental savings and topped it up with some electric savings to max out this years ISA... feels amazing! I know i still have to pay tax on part of it.. but will be better to pay that out of other money. Also having money sat in the accounts was making me feel like i had money to spend which i dont. This is all i own :-S and with 2 kids we need a safety net. I now have £2339.24 left for electrics and £100.00 for car problems and £60.00 for xmas savings..
So I wont touch the ISA .. and i will just have to save harder now for the electrics. I had no goal in my head..so im focused now!

Not much to report i have so much to sort its unreal, i still have extras staying with us and they go home shortly..will be a big relief to have my space back.
My Current account does not have too much left .. council tax come out on monday and i need to get food shopping. I was going to do an online shop, but im going to do a super scrimpers version this week until OH gets paid next week. We have had lots of treats this weekend with a load of BBQ food bought.

I need some more sunshine to inspire me..

Hi Hidden :-) im very good thank you.. im naughty i need to pop over to your diary and catch up, ive just caught up on kerri's :)
Ive been so busy the OH's family i had staying have gone home now.. 3 weeks!!! not sure if i mentioned that.. but yes i had a major housefull after my mum and brother had visited. I'm keeping extremly busy with Resin craft at the minute... downside is china stuff from ebay, very hard to turn down the bargains, but ive transfered over some of OH's pay today to our saving account and left ourself with a budget.
We had anglian visit today to quote a conservatory (new style) and new sash windows to replace the rotton wood and UPVC ones at the back.. and well what a load of CARP (im sure thats kerri's saying lol)... the man gave us a massive speech..told us sash windows would cost thousands and left us with no quote, nothing.. no follow up.. so thats pretty much whats been happening in my world..
I have discovered AS&a online... LOVEE , how much easier to get stuff delivered.. and no having to drag the kiddies around the shop. Plus you can plan what you actually need. If something is not good, i just email them and they send a refund, we keep the product and get a voucher off them aswell.. :)

I bet you're glad of the peace and quiet :) I have many sayings by the way, quite a few welsh ones I've adopted too haha. If you were in bmth I'd say to call my dad about conservatories, it's his trade, but Luton might be a bit far for him.

Mr A online shop sounds fabby :)

Ooh how is the littlest one? Is your eldest getting on well with her? You'll have to put some pictures up of your resin crafts, would love to see them.

Oh its bliss lol.. was hard going cooking for everyone and having to control extra young ones :)) ahh thats a shame.. the man wouldnt even give us a price.. he just said you could go from £20.000 to £40.000 and left it at that lol..
Mr A is much helpfull because i live on a one way street and parking is limited.. i end up parking at the top of the street.. and with holding one and holding the others hand its kind of impossible lol.. and my OH is always at work these days and works long hours.
Little one is doing really good, shes such a sweetheart.. and im very lucky she sleeps thru the night, I wake her in the morning!! it amazes me. Her brother loves her, and she's started smiling at him now :)
I will most certainly pop some pictures up soon. Its quite hard doing resin because it smells bad i have to do it after midnight once ive put her to bed. Also when you start these crafts you actually need stuff so i'm waiting on a lot of it..just like your material... hurry up postie!! :)x
