Just the kitchen floor to do in the morning and put the clean washing away when it has been ironed. Will do a quick S & S too and we will be ready for my parents arriving, it will be nice when we are box free cos then all the rooms will look great! If there is time I am going to try and clean the outside of the windows in the morning but I am not too bothered either way.

Has not bothered much this week as knew dh and daddio were planning on removing a wall in the kitchen and ripping out the bathroom. It sounds so clean when said like that lol. I hate having work done but can't complain as it was me who wanted it doing. They have been warned that I want it doing as I've asked not as they "interprete" I'm keeping a close eye on them as they are very sneaky! Not very hungry as all I can taste is brick dust urgh! Every room is upside down :-(0

Welcome aboard. Post regularly and then we will get to remember you.Hi all
Been lurking, go to post then get shy! Silly thing that I am! You ladies have made me feel very welcome, but I get it in my head that I don't want to bother you!
I was so sad to read of your DHs passing, thank you for sharing with us. Please post a lot so we get to know you. It's no bother to anyone, those who are busy won't be reading all posts and those who like the company (or an excuse not to be actually doing housework) will read.
Exhausted after a day at IKEA! I'm hoping all purchases are wise ones and that the fleeces and wire I intend to put up as curtains in DS3's room work. The friend I went with had some difficult health news to tell me and it really puts everything into perspective.
I'm off to get the washing in before it is dark and then tidy up from breakfast so I can make dinner. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Good evening all, hope you are all well and hugs to those in need xx

- sorted out the wet washing/put away dry washing/sorted next load
- made dinner
I would love to wash up today's dishes (oh, and yesterday's too) and will have my ME time sitting down doing some knitting.
