I've had a terrible nights sleep :( I'm having issues with the boyfriendish again :( so that's all my head was full of. He's not having issues with me though cos he's barely ****ing talking to me!!

I was just about to sing the praises of DarlingCat5 and say she hasn't had any "incidents" for a long time :) but I've just heard DD1 shouting at her, she's just been for a wee on DD2's pile of dirty washing she's left on the landing
DC5's favourite place to wee is the canvas wash bin, but I haven't put it back on it's frame since last washing it, hence the pile of washing on the landing :o
I think I'm going to have to look for a plastic wash bin with a lid so she can't climb in it, but with the space I have I'm limited.

DD2 has just coming in, she stays at my parents on a Tuesday night (I work Tuesday nights, when I'm not off sick :o but she's still going as it gives me a break from her. She can be . . . erm . . . hard work / trying :( ). She's told me my dad isn't going to his club today, he's still in bed (probably hungover, not that I'm allowed to say that as he's not suppose to drink on his meds but does anyway) anyway he's the reason I didn't take my sleeping tablets last night, cos I knew I had to drive him this morning
So I'm tired and grumpy for no reason and it's thrown out everything I was going to do this morning while I was out dropping him off! Bl**dy men!
I'm going to have a second cup of coffee, load DW, load WM , check fb & emails, watch some crap on telly BEFORE I start my list
Everything I was going to do this morning while I was out can now wait 'til this afternoon when I pick DD2 up after school to go shopping for DD1's 16th birthday which is on Friday :)

Sort out a cupboard or drawer - do you actually use everything in it? - what can you get rid of? - what's being saved because you might use it when you're 102?

Sort out a cupboard or drawer - do you actually use everything in it? - what can you get rid of? - what's being saved because you might use it when you're 102? .........Had to sort these when we brought stuff back from caravan or things just wouldn't have fitted in. Still keep wondering if i should get rid of deep fat fryer. I only ever make home make chips and then only about half a dozen times a year. DD3 doesn't like home made chips:eek: I usually roast potatoes or we have jackets. Anyone got rid of their fryer and regretted it. I will empty it out and put it through dishwasher today.

titptoes in so as not to hurt Mudbath's head

DS1 rang at 11.20 for his lift home - I was asleep on the kitchen sofa:o.

DD1 has taken the little ones to school. The repair man is coming between 9.15 and 1pm. I'd better get on with today's list - the kitchen is a mess!

    Good Luck Dancemum and LW
I love your post Jo-Jo - brilliant in all parts.

I hope things are calming down Vanilla. Well done for handing over the christmas cards to the very capable Natty. Half the coping battle is recognising when you've taken on too much and delegating.

  • I am back from an extended HHC as I spent a few minutes talking to new neighbours. Does not appear I have actually cleared much from the list but did start clearing the kitchen:

Emptied all little bins into kitchen bin and took that out to the bin
moved bin for collection as I missed the recycling bin
    loaded and put DW on
    loaded and put WM on
    dried pots and put away
washed up backing sheets and frying pan
    T/c builder
    T/c garage
open 2 lots of post (looking for tax disc:o) - no luck so far

I am going to do some jobs from the list in next HHC

  • Poorly DS2 fell asleep in the pram on the way back from taking DS1 to preschool so that's mucked my plans about a bit. Was going to put him down for a nap aroun 11 like usual and get the floor mopped and do some zumba then, but will have to mop floor when he's in his high chair eating lunch and leave zumba to later.

HHC at 10 anyone? I'm going to get level 1 one - I have a roast chicken to pick off the bones...
    So, there are these boys,
    They kinda stole my heart,
    They call me Mummy

Exhausted after my stomp so treating myself to a hot chocolate and shortbread finger.

Need to sit here and recover but I will get the things I need to do on here done and then do an hour in the kitchen.
