  • Woppee I have found my tax disc ... it was in the umpteenth bag I looked in ... I really must sort papers more regularly or better yet as they arrive!!:o But at lest I will now be legal as I drive to Physio and later to old house. I am so relieved!! Also done:

De-cluttered lunch - stripped meat from chicken bones and mixed with cheese and made an omelette - yum with brown sauce. Now decluttering a hot cup of tea.

I even took the bones out to the bin as that has not yet emptied.
Gathered the empty bags ready to be refilled.

Time to finish tea and make some more phone calls.

Haven't stopped since last post, and have today's list almost done. Just need to wipe the tiles and sort a drawer. Also need to wipe the hob as it's purple from red cabbage boiling over!

Also WM and TD are on, stripped a chicken and made stock, sorted the presents I'd not hidden very well - need to find a better hiding place! S&S'd LR, decluttered some things someone had bought on facebook and added £15 to my purse :) Was the baby swing we bought for DS1's first Christmas present, so was a teeny bit sad to see it go but we need the room and the pennies more than to keep the swing just in case we have another. Plus we still have DS2's rocking chair when we add to the family! Cleaned the steriliser to sell as well so will get that up tonight, which also cleared a bit more space on the counter.
After the kitchen floor has dried and I've had some lunch (didn't plan that very well, did I!) I will tackle Monday's list which means I have a huge pile of washing to sort through. Back is hurting now though so going to sit for half an hour.
    So, there are these boys,
    They kinda stole my heart,
    They call me Mummy

    WW 37lb (2 STONE 9lbs! :j ) lost since July, 11tybillion to go...

Hi all; just checkin' in, and I'm sorry to have to say that the kitchen will have to wait til tomorrow.:(

Got to the surgery in plenty of time, in and out like a dose of salts, and back home by 07:30, so well in time for Mr LW to get to work without being late.:o

BUT.... I've been awake literally all night, so after we got back, I flaked out on the sofa and didn't manage to even move till 14:00.:(

Did my daily body-check on the WiiFit and nearly passed out, so no yoga for me today methinks, and I'm back on the sofa with the netbook.:(

Mr LW has his pal coming over this evening; gods know how I'll cope with that.:(

Hopefully I'll be a bit better by tomorrow - quite apart from the needle phobia, with lupus anything stressful or that the body isn't "used to" so to speak can really make one feel rough, and that's what's happened, so please, don't worry about me, it's "normal" given the circumstances.:o

Oh, and Jojo, well done to Minion, sounds like she's done herself proud!:)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Hugs LW - make sure you put your feet up.

I need to finish sorting out the LR before my meeting tonight and do some in the kitchen. DH is on his way home so I'm hoping he is going to take DS football instead of me then I'll have some extra time. I've got to go and pick up DS from school in a min anyway.

    Hugs LW.
Jojo - lovely to hear such nice news.

Don't feel so bad now (thanks for keeping the noise down Mumof5 :green:) - I've worked and got out for two walks which was cleared my head a little. Now to S/S because I've broken the side door lock and can't open it so now clients will have to come in the front door. It's not untidy just needs a bit of a tidy up.

    Hugs to all xx

HHC didnt quite turn out like planned, hoovered LR then realised it needed emptying managed to spill some dust while doing so and it set me off coughing which resulted in shortness of breadth and light headedness(sp?) anyway had a docs appt for this afternoon and I appear to have an imflammation of the chest which is why i have been wheezing so much the last week or so, I know have 5 days worth of steroids - 8 tablets dailyall at the same time!!!!! - and an inhaler and if no improvement in a week to go back.

Will update list shortly might try and tidy up some of the kitchen while making tea but dont have much energy or motivation to do so.

LW - glad you got on ok take it easy.
Mudbath - fresh air is greast for hangovers hope you feel a lot better after a good nights sleep.

DS3 came 28th in the cross country. He was 7th in the last round and this was the borough finals. His good friend won by a very long way and is going to Saaaaarfend (Southend) for the county final.

DS2's X-ray has come back clear - I'm mightily confused as the radiographer told me it showed the Pneumonia. He is going back to school tomorrow he's driving me mad at home and has eaten nearly all the contents of the fridge.

My micro/combo is built in so not cheaper at the moment. It's 6 weeks out of warranty (simmers with rage)

DH is on his way home, yippee!

    LW - take it easy
Dance mum - pleased for you. Hope you don't have to wait long.
  • Good evening  I'm bushed but as it is now officially The Weekend, I'm going to do some tasks then settle down for a relax and a glass of wine  DS has done really well in his first tests at 6th form college, so he may be able to have a small sniff too :p

I had an early start today and then did a load of tasks in town, including a Big Frog :T One outcome of this is that I need to open a new bank account for DS which I'll do later.

going to start on tea and see what needs doing in the kitchen and dining room :)
