I assume you're talking about the tinned / ready sliced stuff, rather than homemade? If so, I've tried freezing it before and found that it went a bit mushy when defrosted - OK for corned beef hash, but not much good for sandwiches.

I find it fine for sandwiches after defrosting... spreadable corned beef! I have made too much shortcrust pastry, will this be ok in the fridge until tomorrow? Or should I freeze it?Life is short, smile while you still have teeth0 -
It will be okay in the fridge for that short time. If you leave pastry in the fridge for too long - it will go grey - still edible but not so good looking.pink_princess wrote: »Hi
