my order has just arrived all discounts applied, no substitutes, so very happy, only one small gripe my kiwis have todays sell buy date on them and are a little wrinkly,but they were free so wont be complaining

have just had a complete nightmare with this....i rang up last night as i had used all the coupons and got my shop down to £27 when i logged into my account it only showed as £11 e coupons i rang late last night to double check all the coupons wud come off as i didnt have enough money to cover the full amount and was assured they wud all come off...i again rang this morning to double check before order was picked and the rather rude woman said i cud not used the coupons as they had not been personally emailed to me and basically accused me of using someone elses coupons...i vtold her the £15 off one was on the website for all to see and that the other one was on quidco but she wasnt having any of it ....so i cancelled my order she went through to the store who said that was fine all was definitely cancelled....

then at 4.30 tonight i got a knock and low and behold it was the delivery i told him it had been cancelled cos i cudnt use the coupons and he cudnt see why i cudnt use them and after speaking to his manager told me to accept delivery and they ring customer services for a refund.....so i did and then when i rang customer services he was less than sympathetic sayin i shudnt have used the coupons and was lucky to get the free delivery..grrrrrrrrrrrr....will never place an order with them again........

well at least until then next glitch lol

This has happened to one of my orders too.I had placed an order to go to a friends address. He claimed he has never used the grocery side of tesco before. The order was due to be delivered between 11-12pm and i've been asking from then on if they'd delivered it. Now he claimed that customer service said it was still on the van. I've just spoken to someone who said the order had been cancelled from the store, and no idea why. I'm due 2 more tomorrow at home. My son has one in his name, but i'm not expecting anything to turn up to be honest. Well done to everyone who's been lucky

How frustrating isn't it? Have you checked the order status online? Mine says 'delivered' (not due till between 8 and 10 tonight) and my hubby's says it's due to be delivered tomorrow-no idea what's going on!

mine has arrived 2 substitutes, for the tubs of haribo sweets put small tubes instead, 2 codes used but the free delivery had not been applied, i rang cs and she has given me a refund for delivery charge

Hi, mine also says delivered! I'm annoyed as if the store cancelled it, why did they not notify by text or email! The others are due out tomorrow and wednesday, but i don't think either will turn up to be honest. Good luck with yours fretting mummy, i hope yours are ok.

I have placed a first time order and my subtotal is now showing as £50.30. When I paid it was £33.30 ................. is it likely the codes have been cancelled?
