My discount showed on the order page . I did think that the code was valid for orders place upto 13/11 for delivery on/before 16/11 so be careful

The others worked for me. I used the £15 off and £5 off fruit and veg for delivery tomorrow. But then called up, and first lady tried to fob me off acting like the codes were for members only, but I told her that it was advertised on the site. Anyway she then said she'd make a note for the free delivery, so should hopefully get that refunded.

The 2 codes worked but my order showed £53 on the verified bit.
Unsure whether to just cancel the order.

Mine is due to be delivered between 4.05pm and 5.05pm according to the text i got a hour or so ago. I have checked my online banking and it is showing £33.99 less than balance which is about right for my order-i was only able to use 2 codes for £20 but hubby has a order coming tomorrow evening with the 3 codes on it for £26 off so will report back then (i have tried to change his order but it takes the free delivery code off and is showing as some crisps not available which i hope they will sub so have left it as it is.)hth.xx

Hi I wouldn't worry about it, thay always do it like that but the discounts do come off. I have ordered plenty of times in the past and it always shows full price on the visa part but they have always taken the discounts off by delivery time.

P.S my order came today and was all fine

I want to return some cosmetic items I got with my delivery - they are unopened and sealed. There wasn't much info given on the site about them so I took a chance but now that I have seen them, they will not be suitable - can I just go to any Tesco store or must it be the one the delivery came from? Mind you, it doesn't actually tell me anywhere which store it was that the delivery came from! I have never had a grocery delivery before and so am unsure of the procedure for this.

I stocked up on Pepsi Max the OH loves it and it's half price. Also the £5 off fruit & veg code worked against some frozen veg I added.

As a new customer you are entitled to it, ring and quote the code from the website, they may email you one.

My order was in my husbands name. He's always had an account for Directory but never ordered groceries, went through fine.
