You can no longer use both free delivery and the £15 off so you have to select which one you prefer to use. To avoid not get anything if gift sets are out of stock you would have to be very specific with your substitutes ie if you order a gift set for females, state in your substitutes that you would like ANY gift set for females if not available, then they should send you SOMETHING, which you can then hand back to the driver if you don't want it. Least that way you should still get your discount. Bit risky with the gift sets I'd say cos stock levels could be very low x

Just looked at my email confirmation to check my order for Weds and have added up that I don't have £5 of fruit and veg in my basket but it's taken off the code... I think it must be because I have 2 broccoli and they're on BOGOF but it's added up the full price. The actual cost of my fruit and veg is £4.20.

Not sure there's any point going in and amending it as the delivery is worth £6 and the veg code only £5 so don't want to lose the delivery one. Is there any chance it will take off the discount anyway (as it was added to my basket no problem)? Kicking myself for not checking now, just assumed because it accepted the code I must have put £5 worth in... doh!

id be careful with this placed an order to be delivered today and they wudnt accept any of the codes sayin that they had not been emailed to me and that i couldnt use any of them they were trying to charge me the full amount

when i placed my order, it told me i couldn't use the voucher as i didn't have £5 of fruit in my basket so i went and added something else. If the broccoli was already on offer when you added it and the voucher came off, then it should be fine? Unless you have single stuff that has to be weighed lol

Then you can argue that the code for £15 off is on the front page of the Tesco website for all to see and use?

Your veg wont be honoured, there was a poster a couple of pages back, who had under the £5 so they got charged tnhe price of fruit and veg, of course, they will go in your basket easily but I wouldnt count on the code working, but will be a nice suprise for you if it does.

I have just phoned to tell them that I had a code for free delivery but couldnt get it to work. Lady didnt say anything about other codes I had used and said she would refund the £3.50:j

Refund for delivery can only be issued after you have received delivery of your order

Nonsense. None of the codes have been emailed to anyone.. it is an open offer.
