Just wanted to ask, I've used tesco direct before and picked up from store but I've not used home delivery for groceries. I'm guessing that makes me a new customer, but just wondering if I should keep the clubcard number off to be on the safe side? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
just got my order. am a bit annoyed as i ordered 2 packs of the huggies bogof nappies at £9.98. i checked my order about 3 times to make sure every offer i had ordered would still be valid until today. and they defo all were.
now i have just looked at my receipt and the nappies are now on 2 for £15 when i know they were meant to be on bogof until 15th!!!
i checked online and it seems the new offer is 2 for £15 and it says valid from 9th until the 15th. well i only ordered on the 12th and the bogof offer was on at that point.:j0 -
cant really say uch as still got some money off but not as good as could have been.:j0

lol, now looking back maybe i did get it wrong. just checked my confirmation email that was sent on the 12th after i ordered and it clearly states savings of £14.40 and i have had this amount of saving on my invoice. i was drinking malibu at the time of ordering so will have to blame the drink. lol!!:j0

Hi all,
Just a word of warning. My husband and I made an order each and I've just had a text off him to say tesco have cancelled both of our orders as we are not new customers.
I'm not sure of the ins and outs as I haven't spoken to him yet but that's the upshot.
Ah well, I guess we shouldn't have been too greedy!

Thanks OP.
All codes worked, including £6.00 delivery although I used a £3.50 time slot.
I was a genuine first timer and think I'll do home delivery regularly in future. I'm sure I'd more than cover the delivery costs with no impulse buy opportunities!
Kicking myself because I declined a wine substitution, not remembering that my total bottle purchase would then be 5. Can't grumble though in view of the other £22.50 savings.:)0 -
I have a horrible feeling that something will scan cheaper or be oos and my order will go under £50 as the order was £50.06 (doh!) I only have enough money in the bank for the total cost after codes so will be expecting a call saying the cards been declined! Does anyone know if they would be able to add a few things that I tell them over the phone? (am guessing no.
