I placed an order due for delivery on wednesday and the guide price was 50.70, I used all 3 discount codes taking the price down to 27.70

I've logged online to view the products I'm my order and can see that an item Is no longer available ( think the item was 1.70) now the price still shows as 50.70 but as this item missing will take me below the 50 threshold can anyone advise what to do?

thanks op. just got my order and all the codes worked. couple of subs including grapes which they have made a mistake and gave me 2 big bags of them when i only ordered 1. oh well guess i will be trying out some smoothies later with all the fruit:)

Can anyone advise please? I placed an order yesterday and all 3 codes worked, giving a £26 discount. I got a confirmation email. I've just logged into my account to look at the order and it had a comment in red saying 'You are currently amending this order, don't forget to check out' or something similar. Well, I wasn't amending it at all, but thought I'd better follow the process - when I got to the payment screen it showed only £11 discount, and a message saying my order does not qualify for the £15 discount.

They haven't sent me an email to tell me there's a problem. I don't know if I should cancel the order or let them deliver. Has this happened to anyone else?

Just had mine delivered, phoned to query delivery charge as it would not take a third code. I emphasised that I was new to this as it was my first order and the woman on the phone said she would do her best to keep me as a customer and refunded me.

When is it due to be delivered? you can amend up to a certain point (specified in your order confirmation email) so you could add an item if you're still within that time.
