Does anyone know please? Also stupid me decided to order a persimon fruit which they probably wont have, what a silly time to try new fruit lol!

Don't worry, even if it goes below £50, the £15 off should still work. I've had it before where it has dropped down under £50 and my £10 off £50 have still worked. Persimons where in our local tiny shop too so they may have them as they're on offer :)

Is it wise to tick NO substitutes or not?

Mine has just been delivered and all coupons honoured £27 total for over £50 worth.

They seem to price match substitutions now so I'd let them substitute, better to return at the door if you don't like the substitution than go under the £50.
  • Sorry to ask again but I'm wondering if I should just cancel my order?

I have a confirmation email stating total left to pay is £30.66, and showing discounts applied of £26... but when I look online at the actual order it says I did not qualify for the £15 off.

Since they haven't contacted me to tell me about a problem (no email, and no text) I assume the price quoted in the order confirmation email should be correct? Can they amend an order by that much without bothering to tell me?

i hope they have them i ordered some too as i love them, i know i've had them from spain and africa before so it's likely they do indeed have them available, i ordered more than a tenner in veg so i'll be ok plus my order was around £54 so i'll be ok for the free delivery too (didn't use the first time offer as i'm not a new customer) but i'm actually more concerned about not getting the fruit, i've been craving them :rotfl:
