I ordered some glasses on the 23rd SEPTEMBER in an offer where you got a pair of Bench glases for £21 delivered. They aim to dispatch glasses in a week, but say it may take 3 weeks if busy.
I rung them up in about the 5th week and they said they were being sent out that week. Didn't turn up.
Emailed them last week- no response.
Posted on their Facebook wall- comments deleted, no reponse.
A shambles of a company. DO NOT ORDER from them, they often do offers like the one I bought, but they seemingly do not deliver the goods.
What should I do next?

Providing that you paid by credit or debit card, contact your card issuer and request a chargeback for the money stating that the goods haven't been supplied.0

I have the exact same problem! I ordered during that promotion at the very beginning of October. After making a comment on their Facebook wall about not having yet received my glasses (on 25/10) I was then immediately sent a dispatch email and my comment was removed. To date, still no glasses received! I posted again on Facebook to ask where my glasses were and the comment was again removed. I then emailed customer services, they assured me the goods were posted on 25th Oct and I should take the matter up with Royal Mail! They also accused my Facebook comments of being defamatory and this is apparently why they were removed (although I see nothing defamatory about asking where the goods I paid for well over a month ago are!) I'm pretty appalled at their "customer service". Would not touch with a barge pole even IF my glasses do actually turn up!Slummy mummy!0

Just remember that how they send them is nothing to do with you - your contract is with the supplier - not RM - so keep the pressure on them .....

Thanks for this - I've just sent them another email to that effect. I have no intention of chasing Royal Mail for a parcel which very likely does not exist! I have a very reliable postal service where I live so I would have received my glasses days ago had they been posted on 25th October as I was promised! Not impressed.Slummy mummy!0 -

Unfortunately I paid by cheque; to pay by card was not working on the night I was paying, so sent a cheque.
I have ordered glasses from online companies before and never had an issue.0 -
If you check the whois for the site you'll see a mobile number listed. You might want to try that as google streetview looks as though the address is just a residential street. Are you sure the goods are being despatched from the UK and not dropshipped from China?0

Wish this thread had been around a month ago when I ordered. Still nothing, and whenever I ask I get the standard "oh they'll be dispatched on xday" but they never are. I'll give it another week (that way it'll be well over the 28 days) and then cancel.0

I can't see how to cancel :mad:0
