  • Don't bother with Facebook comments. Anything "defamatory" they immediately delete instead of addressing, and they've also removed me from their page altogether so cannot leave further comments.

    You can call them or email them. If they don't reply and you've waited more than 28 days you can always file a paypal dispute (I've had to do this once before and paypal are very good about it), or if you paid by credit card you should be covered for non-delivery.

    I know of 2 people on another forum who have received theirs so maybe Specky just need to hire more people to cope with demand?

    My glasses have now actually arrived. Needless to say I will not be using the company again, the delay was unacceptable and their customer service is non-existant!

  • I ordered 2 pairs from them this week via an offer posted on MSE/ facebook

    I'll let you know how I go on.
  • I finally received my glasses yesterday.

    I ordered brown and they came in blue, but they actually look really nice and they look really nice.

    It is such a shame that they cannot deliver on their after sales; had they emailed me or rung me to say that they were having issues and the delivery would be delayed then it would have been acceptable, but they just didn't

    I would never use them again for this reason, which is a shame as the glasses are of better quality than I got from a rival online business.

    I wasn't overly impressed with mine, but they're ok for a spare pair.
