yes PER PERSON but at home when there is me and my mum we have one between us and half a tin of soup

Well here's a novel idea - put your half of the sandwich in a bag, and your half tin of soup in a flask. Voila, problem solved!

where do you put the sandwhich, in your bag for 6 hours?

If it genuinely requires refridgeration a chilled/insulated lunch box will do - I personally have a couple of mini ice packs that I pop into the tupperware container with my salad, but you can buy ones with an icepack built into the lid

Lots of things don't actually require it though - cheese is fine at room temperature for example, as are sealed long life packets of salami and smoked sausage. I also keep small tins of fish for easy stored lunch/snacks. I'm not sure you're supposed to do this, but I've even kept boiled eggs (still in the shell) in my bag all day and haven't died of poisoning yet

I have some questions about this
    1. who is going to pay the bus fares to this
    2. do they provide a meal
    3. what happens if you cannot physically do this work as you are disabled do you get sanctioned
    http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/news/article-2059237/Jobseekers-fail-work-forced-voluntary-work-30-hours-week.html

And who is it pays for your £600 camera and your android phone? If you can afford such luxury items then a few bus fares and a lunch shouldn't be too much of a problem.
  • Would you be provided with a meal if you were sat at home?

If I'm not working I don't have breakfast and I often don't have lunch as I stay in bed to keep warm without putting the heating on.

If I am working I have to have breakfast and lunch or I start getting ill.
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.

I have had a fridge at my previous jobs so yeah that's where I'd put mine

then maybe you have the £ for a good lunch. Mine was half a french stick and crab paste :(

Do you keep your bread and crap paste in the fridge at home? if not, you don't need a fridge, just half a french stick and a jar of crab paste... oh and a knife
