I have some questions about this

  • Transport costs are normally covered for work placements.

Would you be provided with a meal if you were sat at home?

Those who are not able to work would not be claiming JSA.

Easy to eat cheaper at home than at work if there is no fridge to put food in like you have at home - you will then have to go out to buy something for lunch
Disabled people may be able to do certain job, just not all.

Have you not heard of sandwiches, or salad ... or are you suggesting that those in work eat out everyday?

If a disabled person is claiming JSA they will be assigned something suitable to their needs - the duty to provide reasonable adjustments applies to public bodies even more so than private employers.

I did when I was driving lorries. Sometimes they'd be in there for a lot longer than that.
