I did check before posting but unfortunately, due to our stock committments at this time of year, we can't do anything.

Also, I should clarify that there are no such thing as 'Ice-Watch Rejects' - any product which doesn't match the Ice-Watch specifications are scrapped.

I thought this deal was too good to be true. Yesterday I received this email from geneewenee:

That's part of my Christmas present plans ruined. It's taken three weeks for them to contact me after my initial application (through Gumtree Daily Deals). I'm very disappointed. Does anyone with legal knowledge know whether it's possible to claim that I entered a contract in good faith and request that the company fulfill their obligation under that contract, i.e. to supply me with a genuine Ice Watch for the agreed price.
