kgd deals on facebook saying they have been removed from sale due to quality-- i have kindly advised the ice watch company of this as it is only fair they are aware of QUALITY ISSUES.i do hope somebody isnt telling porkies as it could land them in trouble.
as you can see i dont take kindly to people wasting my time and taking my money for a few days.

Did anyone else google "watch wear" and notice watchwear.COM are a massive american company? What a shambles this has been for KGB's "quality control" surely a few minutes checking them out should have had alarm bells ringing? At least they are being proactive on the refund front.

KGB are saying on facebook that the merchant should be refunding postage over the next few days.

Received the following e-mail from Watch Wear



Hi,
! I feel you all deserve an explanation as to why KGB have sent the e-mail saying we cannot honour your vouchers.
Firstly let me point out that it is not that we cannot honour the deal it is because we are not a registered Ice-watch retailer.
We sourced our stock direct from the manufacturer as "rejects" the reason for rejection is an extra hole punched into the strap,
therefor they did not pass Ice-wathes quality control.
For this reason, we are not allowed to sell them as Ice-watches but we can as Ice style watches due to Ice-watch's! strict
description policy, to many people an extra hole in the strap means nothing at all, but when legalities come into it we must conform.
The watches are still available as ice style watches at £24.99 and we will provide free postage for any inconvenience caused.
However if you feel you still want a refund we will kindly oblige, please let us know.

Yup, me too. And I decided that if I couldn't afford the real thing for the kids I would look on ebay. I got two, from a UK seller, that look just like the real thing and at only £4.99 + £1.99 postage, I wouldn't weep when they loose them!

thing is they ARE the real thing, its just an extra hole that has been put into the strap... im not that bothered about that as the main working are still original ICE, id still rather this deal that buying a fake and it only lasting a few months...
