you are missing the point completely, they are being sold as ice STYLE watches .this is still completely illegal as they using the brand name to sell and is the prefered method of wording for people selling FAKES as they then refer to the wording style.
I am awaiting a phone call back from ice watch themselves to clarify this whole matter.0 -
They could have saved themselves and us all a whole lot of bother by being upfront and honest in the first place, surely they could have said they were seconds and put some actual photos on their website to show what was what? Mind you who knows if they are telling the truth now?0

sprite , sorry you are missing the point - what you would be getting is a £3 cheap watch as sold on ebay with ice watch clearly shown
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yellow-Korea-Fashion-Jelly-Silicone-ICE-dial-style-Girl-Lady-Wrist-watch-/300624077998?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item45fe9764ae
why pay £25 for something worth £3.trust me it wont be a genuine ice watch or kgb wouldnt have pulled it.0 -
These watches are absolutely not Ice-Watch product, hence the reason why the deal was pulled. I work for the Ice-Watch UK Distributor and deal with the product day in, day out. I can quite easily say that these are not even Ice-Watch rejects!
Please only purchase Ice-Watch product from the authorised dealers which can be found on the Ice-Watch website and click on the 'Stores' tab.
If you choose to purchase from non authorised dealers, you do buy at your own risk.0
