Hmm...website was only registered less than 4 weeks ago to a residential address and is hosted on a free website service: http://whois.domaintools.com/watchwear.co.uk and payment goes to a hotmail email address.
There is an ad here for the mirror finish valets which has a mobile number:
http://www.gumtree.com/p/business-services/mobile-car-valets-mirror-finish-valetswhistonprescothuytonst-helensliverpoolmerseyside-area/88695642 and one here for the spray tanning which also has a mobile number: http://www.gumtree.com/p/business-services/mobile-spray-tan-whiston-prescot-rainhill-huytonst-helenswidnes-wwwpaulasperfecttanningcouk/88467155
But the website http://www.watchwear.co.uk/zorders only has a hotmail address under contact details.
All seems a bit fishy to me - site looks like very unprofessional too:

I guess as you are paying via paypal you can try and reclaim through them if something goes wrong?
Bear in mind that daily deal sites keep about 50% of the deal price, so the seller will get about £12.50 for each order.
You can bulk buy these watches from China for as little as a quid each but not sure how authentic they are!!

After emailing KGB the response was as follows:
Type of Inquiry: General Inquiry
Details: Hi there
Just wondered if you could clarify the merchant of the Ice Watch Deal is genuine, a lot of friends and myself have bought this deal today and when we have gone on their site it links you to a Paulas Tanning Boutique, also the paypal address we are sending the postage to is mirrorfinishvalets@hotmail.co.uk which does not ring true with the watch site please can you just clarify all is ok, Thanks.
Update: Hello ,
Thank you for your email. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
May we ask that you try to redeem your code again? Firstly, please allow 72 hours for your voucher code to be activated after purchase.
Here is the correct link to redeem your purchase: http://www.watchwear.co.uk/payment-kgb.
Should you require further assistance, do not hesitate to email us back.
Kind regards,
Jennifer
Your kgbdeals Team
Which means they didnt even read my email properly I have emailed them back again so will keep you updated, will be so annoyed if they have let someone sell fakes !!!:mad:0 -
in reply to bristolboy and fern whoever should i say inspector clueso lol
i have bought my vouchers, paid my postage chosen my colours and will wait for delivery before i start judging anybody, who cares when the site was created and what e-mail address is on the paypal? because i dont, as long as my watches arrive in time for xmas i will be happy, i really dont think kgb would allow fakes to be sold through their site they would have to see the goods before hand there is no way a big company like kgb would allow somebody to say oh ive got xxx to sell and just go with that.
but to be perfectly honest for £24.99 as long as they look the real deal and nobody can tell when they are on the wrist if they did turn out to be fakes (which i dont think they will) i wont mind, as they say you get what you pay for and as long as my ice watch looks as good as the next i don't mind.0 -

Deal has expired - http://www.kgbdeals.co.uk/national/deals/56641/ice-watch---watchwear---national0 -
hello all,
just spoke to the owner of watchwear about the KGB deal, and i have purchased a watch from them, i only live 2 miles away from them so asked could i pick it up, it is now sitting proudly on my wrist and can honestly say these watches are brilliant, no fears about them being fake or copies as has already been said today, there are too many busy body nosey loaners with nothing better to do but moan and pry into other peoples business on here, by the way, they also own a beauty shop and valeting company so i have all faith in the service and will be returning for more as christmas presents for the large family i have, "buy with confidence" i did. fernywillow, competitionscafe and bristol boy get a life.0
